Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to gaming.tools and the Gaming.Tools websites that link to them, including Paliapedia. They cover our databases, guides, calculators, maps and community features. Product or membership terms supplied with a particular service also apply to that service.

Using the websites
Use the tools lawfully and respect other visitors, our systems and the rights of game creators. Keep your account secure and use only accounts you are entitled to access. Information can change with game updates and may contain errors; check important details in the game itself. The websites and features may change or become temporarily unavailable.
- Do not harass people, publish private information or submit unlawful or infringing content.
- Do not upload malware, phishing links, scams or attempts to bypass security or moderation.
- Do not manipulate votes, generate fraudulent ad traffic or encourage artificial ad clicks.
- Do not disrupt the service, evade access restrictions or automate abusive requests.
- Bulk scraping, copying or redistribution of our original content requires permission unless applicable law permits it. Authorized search, accessibility and advertising-policy crawlers may access public pages subject to our published crawler and access rules.
Your contributions
When submitting comments, replies, names, screenshots or titles, follow the Community Guidelines. Submit only material you are entitled to share, including any permission required for people or third-party material shown in it. You remain responsible for what you submit.
You retain the rights you hold in your contributions. By submitting, you give gaming.tools a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free permission to host, reproduce, display, translate and technically process that material to operate the service, including moderation and delivery through our providers. This does not transfer ownership of game assets or anyone else's work.
Our contribution tools use AI to approve or reject submissions and edits before publication. A rejected edit does not replace the approved version. You can delete your own contributions through the available controls; deleting a parent comment also deletes its replies. Removing public content does not necessarily remove records retained for the purposes explained in our Privacy Policy.
We may restrict access or remove content to address abuse, legal obligations, rights complaints or service security. A contribution's AI approval does not guarantee its accuracy, lawfulness or continued availability.
Game assets and other intellectual property
Game names, trademarks, images and other game assets belong to their respective owners. Gaming.Tools is a fan-made service and is not affiliated with or endorsed by a game's developer unless expressly stated. Our original website material remains subject to its applicable rights and licenses. Nothing here limits uses permitted by law, including quotation or other applicable copyright exceptions.
For a rights complaint, contact privacy@gaming.tools with the exact URL, the work or right concerned, your relationship to the rights holder and a way to contact you. Include enough information to locate and understand the complaint.
Advertising and external services
Advertising helps fund the websites. Ads are delivered through Nitro/Overwolf and its advertising partners. An advertisement or external link is not our endorsement of its content. External services, including sign-in and membership providers, have their own terms. See our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy for data practices and advertising choices.
Responsibility and applicable law
We provide the tools with reasonable care, but cannot promise that every game detail is accurate or that access will be uninterrupted. These terms do not exclude liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Dutch law applies subject to any mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights available to you where you live.
